Privacy
policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have over that data.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller responsible for the data collected at foraaena.cat is the Assemblea Sobiranista de Mallorca (hereinafter, “ASM”), with registered address at carrer de Sant Sebastià, 51, 07300 Inca (Mallorca).

For any question related to the campaign you can contact us at info@foraaena.cat. For specific data protection questions, you can contact ASM’s data protection officer at dades@assembleamallorca.cat.

2. What data we collect and why

When you sign the manifesto as an individual, we ask for your name, ID number (DNI/NIE), email address and postcode. If you sign on behalf of an organisation, we ask for the organisation’s name, the organisation’s tax ID, the full name of the responsible person, the ID number of the responsible person, the email address and the postcode. This data is used to:

  • Register your signature to the campaign’s manifesto.
  • Send you periodic updates about the campaign, only if you have voluntarily checked the corresponding box.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, given by checking the box accepting this privacy policy on the form. The newsletter checkbox is always optional and is shown unchecked by default.

3. Who processes your data

We use the Plunk service (useplunk.com) as data processor to manage sending emails and the newsletter. Plunk stores data on servers located within the European Union, with no international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.

The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that verifies that whoever submits the form is a person and not a robot. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and some technical data about your browser or device, with the sole purpose of preventing spam and automated submissions.

We do not transfer or share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you do not withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter, with a guideline minimum retention period of three years from the last contact, unless the law requires a different period.

5. What rights you have

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data at any time, as well as withdraw the consent given. To do so, write to us by email or post at the addresses given in point 1.

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or third-party cookies. Only technically essential cookies are used, where applicable, for the website to function correctly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to adapt it to legal or organisational changes. Any modification will be published on this same page.
